Thank you both for your replies. I have found that the ink is really from Media Sciences (Thanks Timothy) and I have started a warranty claim with them. I will post to let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. You mention that Xerox guarantees up to 13 jets? This printer is 7 months out of warranty and I would be interested in finding out if Xerox does indeed offer such a guarantee. Do you have any information on this? TIA, bpcrew01

Thanks for your response. Initially, non-genuine Xerox ink sticks were being used. I have since replaced the ink sticks with genuine Xerox ink sticks and ran many print jobs, cleaning cycles, and Light Stripes tests in hopes that it would clear the problem, but to no avail. Could it be...
