64bit Program Cannot Start(0xc00007b Error)
Hi, I am using Delphi XE3 to build a 64bit Program under 32bit system. However, whenever I run the 64bit program in a 64bit virtual machine, I will always get an error message “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).”.
