CentreVu Agent Programming
We have a definity G3 with our agents currently using CentreVu 1.1 to control the callmaster VI voice terminals. We have developed an application in VB based on Genesys as a replacement for CentreVu Agent. Which does everything except Volume control and mute. Does anyone know how we can...- westie57
