Thanks guys. I appologize for not posting, I found the public.goldmine6.general support news forum and have received a lot of help through there. We changed out Country field to County since we only do biz in Wisconsin. Thanks for your reply!! -Mark

I figured out it was my norton internet security firewall, but the ports are open on the firewall and it still wont let me through unless I disable the NIS firewall.... wierd...

Thanks for the tips. We did not migrate, we just simply upgraded -- which was done before I started here. Also, Goldmine does not specify the filename that is missing. The exact error I get is "Report Template does Not Exist
