    Press the Superkey on the set and then keep choosing NO until you get to Timer Reminder. You should then have softkeys of which one should be Clear. Choose that to delete the reminder.

    5550 IP console transport channel down when in TW mode

    I have DHCP configured to send all sets to the SRC for recording. The 5550 would not boot up because it was not supported by SRC 2.2. Mitel recommended upgrading to MGB and register the console certificate. The console now boots but my BLF is not showing call states.
