Norstar T7316 can't get the SHOW function to advance
I have a Norstar T7316 system and need to change names assigned to some extentions - phones. When I get into administration on the main phone I get the display "terminals&sets" but when I press the appropriate button for "Show" nothing happens. In fact I've tried all the buttons on the phone...- jlatham1957

Veritas Backup Exec
I'm running a Tandberg VXA-320 tape unit with Veritas Backup Exec, I can't get any of the tapes to eject for anything. When I go to the Device tab and select the slot, the tape is located in, the "Eject media" is not highlighted. What am I missing?- jlatham1957
