fractional PRI or full 23 channels....I have no clue. All I know is Line 1-19 are line pool A which is what is being used for all clients call out on. each set has its on target line and the target lines start at Line 145

I have an MCIS with a PRI. The trouble I'm having is (sporadic) the the client tries to make a call, sometimes they get "Line is Busy" Outgoing lines pull from Line pool A. Line pool consist of Lines 1-019. 90% of the time you can make a call just fine. and then the "Line is Busy"...
When using Auto Attendant caller id is not showing up on phone sets once a call is transfered. After disabling attendant. and having lines appearing & ring on set. Caller id works. What am I doing wrong? and how do I get caller id to work with transfer thru auto attendant.
Is there any way to remotely change the service on auto attendant, for example, changing the evening greeting to non-business (inclement weather) greeting.
I have a MCIS software ver. 4.1 and need to upgrade to keep PRI routes from dropping when system looses power. Question is: When I power down system and change to new software, will I loose all programming? If so how do I save all programming?
