I have two Norstars linked together with the VoIP and it works great. You can dial then extesion on the other side. you can transfer a call to the otherside by pressing transfer extension number and join. You can do extension to extension dialing you need at least 4.1 ( i think) but you DO need a services cartidge in both systems. I have a working system installed.- Smartwire
