    Outlook 2k Calendar?

    It may be the free/busy options which dictate how far ahead you can see someones schedule. Go to Tools/Options, select calendar options and then click on the free/busy options button. This will display the amount of months displayed for that user. Hope this helps Sharon.

    Print a list of files from Explorer?

    I know this question was posted ages ago but the easiest way to print the list of files is to go to my computer via Outlook (if you use it). It will display all your drives the same as in explorer but you have a print option this time. Sharon
