    Thanks for the suggestion, but I have tried importing the dbx files as OE 4 and OE6 but it gives the same error message regardless. Any other ideas? Cheers, Jen

    Thanks for that. Shame there's no easy solution. I have already changed the My Documents location for all users so this outlook attachments quirk seems to be the only thing which is causing people to save things in C: Hopefully Microsoft will do something about this is the next version?!
