SIP w/PRI Handoff Trunk Question
We have CM 5.2.1 and have 8 PRI with ATT currently. We are doing a test/tune next week for SIP trunk with PRI handoff (NO DID's are being ported at this time, just test number only). ATT states they have a router they are bringing in with with PRI interface. They stated there will be No...- mkh9

Voicemail covering ext not working, hearing this Msg: Line busy ....
I have an exported station with a cov p to a cov ans group. Example: EXT:1234 w/cov p 1 to a cov ans group that is set up to cover point 1: c23, cover point 2: c24, & cover point 3: h99. The manager of this group wants his EXT:4567 to have a voicemail bailout of above EXT:1234. I set it up...- mkh9
