SupportDude, thanks for the info and I did not think of it that way, but since they have unlimited local calling the $$$$ would not be an issue. And the system is connected to a PRI so they have 23 channels, but point well taken.
We have an IPO 500 system setup where several of the users have DIDs assigned; however the users from their internal phones would like to dial the DID that is assigned to another users phone and when they attempt to do that, they receive a fast busy.
What do I need to change\add to make this...
