I contacted Microsoft and they sent me the patch from the article above. Apparently this is a known problem with SP1 in some cases.
I ran the ldp.exe and followed the instructions in the article you sent me. Here is the output:

I have a network of about 70 computers. They are all Windows 2000 or Windows XP. They all have File and Printer Sharing enabled on them because a consultant came in before I got here and told them to turn it on. Is there a way to change this using AD? I don't want to have to change this manually...
