Hello, trying to set up 4 operators as acd agents. The four opeartors answer to four different lines of business. How do I give the operators agent login ID's and assign the different lines of business as their skills?? I'm needing to record them, however they must be set up like call center...
I changed the domain in Win2000 Professional. It asked if I wanted to users to use a password I said yes, and the pc re-booted. I tryed to logon when it came back up and my old password does not work. I tried logging on as Administrator with no password, did not work. HELP PLEASE.....
