can you give me a little more detail on what you did? we have this issue as well. it happens when an agent calls a vdn/vector that has a route to step that points to a vm extension. if you log the agent out of the phone, it works fine. if the agent is logged in, we get the standard AA welcome...
i've never actually done this, but i hope this site helps you. i would be curious to know if it does as i have heard this is one of the more common CMS errors...
i do not know of a way to have them logged out automatically, but i can give you 2 suggestions.
the first is to setup a RONA vector in ASA. it won't log the people out, but at least it puts them at unavailable if there phone is unanswered on an ACD call... if you have the hours of operation...
