    Avaya AFD Agent for Desktop Screen Pop Settings

    Testing AFD to replace One-X and activate a new element. In latest version of AFD, we have screen pops working for any incoming call, but if specify only ACD calls and a VDN,No Pops. Can't find any assistance in docs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    CMS Maint Backup Stuck Running

    It seems like the CMS Main backup is running and can't be cancelled. Destination may have been full and has been cleared out but can't cancel so I can rerun. Is there a way to terminate the running backup service?
