I think this is incorrect, there maybe some throttling in CRS that I don't know of, but I can't see that it is CAL, the two are different things.
As to the problem: My wild guess would be that it's a web app issue (maybe ASP.NET account if that is what you're using). Maybe a M$ patch went in...
Yes it does. Both single-pass and multi-pass bursting. The sections go to the users XI Inbox, there is no built in way to send to users email.

Can you be more specific than "I cannot map the Spanish users into CE"?
What is the error? or else what happens? what did you try to enter? You can't map them or you can map them but they can not login?
The default domain is (or should be) just so you don't have to type it in - for none...
OIC - I did not read your question properly.
Yep you are right, you'd either need to modify the Destination page to remove that feature, or the Javascript that validates/submits the form to force the From.
I think that once the object is sent (or being sent) out of Enterprise, Business...
Give the group Advanced rights then:
Explicitly Deny "Schedule to Destinations" (or you can be even more strict and deny "Schedule the document to run").

MSDE = MicroSoft Desktop Edition
MSDE is not designed for heavy usage (for lots of reasons) I would consider upgrading the database.
There maybe some additional tuning that can be done, but this would be the prime suspect IMO.
So to answer your original question: I would think it is a...
What database are you using for APS?
The APS does not actually process any reports, so the report design will not impact APS.
I think I need to come out to USVI to help solve this one [wink]

Can you compare the version numbers of procReport.dll on prod vs dev?
Any anti-virus software running?
Are prod and dev on different network segments?
I'm running out of ideas [sad] I assume there is no good backup of the server?

OK so the problem is only on the Job server (that's good).
Here is what I would do next:
* Delete the Job server from CCM
* Reboot
* Add new Job server from CCM
* Set Job server login account details
* Start Job server
* Enable Job server
* Cross fingers
* Schedule report
* Think possitive...
I'm not knocking BO tech either, but if they did not ask for a trace log I'd be a little concerned.
Do the reports View on Demand without error?
Do the reports View on Demand using Advanced DHTML viewer without error?
Does even a very simple Oracle report ("select sysdate from dual") fail?
How...
By trace log I mean add a -trace switch to the report job server, this will create a log file in your logging directory. IIRC v9 may have a verbosity setting too? you'll have to check the documentation.
By process monitor I mean tools that monitor exctly what is happening on the server. There...
It sounds like a security / disk access issue to me.
Some quick thoughts / questions:
Crystal service pack / hot break fix installed?
Windows SP installed?
Any info from a trace log on the job server?
Are the temp directories full?
Are the temp directories accessible?
Do all reports fail, even...
IIRC Every platform of XI (Solaris, Linux, AIX, etc) also ships with the Windows CD. You need to install the client components using the Windows media CD.

Logo.gif is jar'd in reportviewer.jar - So you'll need to extract / replace it and redeploy the jar.
Also there is a property of the Viewer API to turn off the logo, if you're using custom code this would be the easiest. I think it is something like setHasLogo in Java.
