There´s a BCM 200 version 3.7, configure to send by FTP protocol all the CDR capture to a Server FTP. It´s configured to send the CDR every day, but for some reason the BCM don't send the last 3 day ago.
It´s a way to looking for the CDR . . .¿??
There's an Auto-Attendant on a BCM 4.0.
The call is answer by the Auto-attendant, user dial "0" to comunicate with the Operator (6000), If the Attendat Extension is not answer the call must be transfered to another extension (6001). but that's never happen . . .
DN 6000 has the FWD no Answer...
I Found a mistake in the Route Pattern configured for the Branch Office
Initially: 90[67]XXXXXX
Finally: 90[67]x
and the problem was solved. The transfer is working fine, after dialed the last digit for the extension we want to make the transfer, the transfer is maked it quickly.

Is the first time i´m going to work with a CUCM 7.0, I take a course for CUCM. The requirement is to have a Auto Attendant, for incoming calls. Router 3845 will be a dsp farm, Switch 6509 will receive a 8 ports voice E1 and a CUCM 7.0 (publisher and subscriber).
