Call / voicemail forwarding
It's a tempory situation. George will be on medical leave for an undetermined period of time and Steven wants to have George's calls transfered to his extension and when he is not there to answer the phone he would like to have George's voice mail default to his mailbox. Call / voicemail forwarding
We have a BCM50. I need to forward George's calls and voice mail to Stevens extension and voicemail. I can forward the calls easy enough but do not know how to have messages go to Stevens mailbox instead of George's. Make sense I hope? Anybody have any input?- marbal1
