I agree with trvlr1, should be minimal but may have to reboot SCCS and Call Pilot. Best practives say to take both system down and bring SSCs fully up first before starting Call Pilot. Installation of AACC 6.2 SP4 with CS1K on AML, Services Problem when switchover
I have a similiar problem with the switchover from AACC 6.2 SP5 ELAN connected to CS1K rls.5.5.After the first switchover from Standby to Active, the ELAN will connect, but say APPLICATION DISABLED. i2050 user on Windows 7 phone locks up.
Everyday the i2050 locks up on an incoming DN call. It happens at different times of the day but only once per day. Once the phone is restarted it is fine for the rest of the day.
