Check if the data is spanned across multiple tapes. If not, please check the options selected in the Backup menu for media 'append to media', overwrite same media name or blank media etc. What does the job log in debug show?

You should press F6 to load the drivers for SCSI or other drivers if the native Windows 2003 doesn't have those drivers. Please refer to the Disaster Recovery Option guide (pdf) in the 11.1 CD in the Doc. folder.

Make the job engine to logon as ARCserve system account. Also, check the 'use lock mode if deny write fails' and 'retry immediately' option. Check the permission in the .pdf file folder. Hope this would help.
