ACD and/or CSS SNMP
Has anyone ever setup SNMP Monitoring on the ACD or CSS? I'm dealing with ACD v9.0 and CSS v7.1. I have read the documentation for both and found the MIB files just where it said they would be. I'm afraid you're probably not going to have much luck with this idea. You would need access to the Perl script on the ACD. Aspect is very, very difficult when it comes to getting access to the ACD. I'm curious why you are checking the Activity Logs everyday? If you doing so to look for...- clearbluelou
