1. If i were to turn on ACD 2, how could I do this? Since ACD2 on this CMS is not being used anymore.
2. If I reallocate the disk space intended for ACD2 to ACD3, would this be posible?

the station that has this coverage path has a DID number on it. am clueless on this. also, the DID is a SIP trunk so I do not know if there are configuration to check that is restricting the SIP Trunk originated calls on covering to voicemail.

this is unusual. has anyone of you encounter an issue where in a call is not covering to the coverage path, but when you activate the send-call/DND, it will go the coverage path?
