BAB r11.5 SP4 - cstxx.tmp file errors
Hi I wonder if anyone can help. Arcserve is currently generating millions of cstxx.tmp files on my system once the backup has completed. (Or so I believe) Looking in the job log generated it seems to finish writing and go to eject the tape: 20090517 092356 00 TSIF TSI Funcs...- elew83

Arcserve r11.1 "agent function entry point not supported"
I finally located the issue. The file esebcli2.dll for some reason needed to be put in the system32 directory in order for the agent to work correctly. I dont believe that this file is normally located here, but it seems to have done the trick. Many thanks Elaine- elew83
