Bat on a generic PC
i have Cisco Call Manager 4.1.3 installed on a generic PC & all seems to work well. I have now installed BAT & i get an error "Error in retrieving Phone Templates" when i try to add phones. I can add user but not phones due to this error. ANY HELP THANKS ?- markkee

Howto Install Cisco Call Manager 4.0 on a generic PC
I have followed all of the info on this forum & installed ccm 4.1.3 & have had no errors on installing it BUT now it is installed & i go to programs Cisco call manger administration it comes up with The page cannot be displayed. can anyone HELP ?- markkee
