    HI, I have a Chaintech MP4M266A motherboard with ATAPI-6 (DMI-ATA-100) interface. I currently purchased a Hitachi 82Gb HD whihc turned out to have SATA interface. The old ribbon cable doesn`t fit it. I am only a user not an IT specialist, so had no clue about the current changes in interfaces...
