    cd rom will not play

    I installed win 98 and after I had the o/s up and running I went to install my software ( office, easy cd, ect )but both the cd player & burner will not play. When I open my computer the cd icon showes the program as an audio cd but will not play ?

    FREQUENT SYSTEM HANGS

    Hey dad,still having problems I see. Here is a thought I think that you should be running the same o/s on your office systems it might help with networking them. Make sure you have the right driver for your video card, and you might try flashing the BIOS on the card.talk to you soon Wristen.
