    maxedout, Need more info.is she the only one with the prob?Does she have a single line with xfa and ao6 allowed?If this a system wide prob,check ld 15 (NET)If you have the BSGC = 0,transfer and conf. will not work with ISDN.Good luck

    Found it!!In LD 15 (NET)BSGC should be set to 65535 NOT 0 !

    Yes, after trying transfer,Led blinks transfer fails,but i can get the original caller back.Once again,station -to -station can transfer and conference as long as it is not an outside trunk. LG.com

    I think the system is programmed properly.it has been suggested that the programming problem could be in the "answer supervision"or Transfer supervision in the C.O.switch.Can anyone verify this?

    Ringing Tone

    go into ld 20 prt tnb for 2616.under CLS you will see DRG1 .chg this to DRG2,DRG3 or DRG4.each has a different ring tone.
