HP Surestore C1537a Unable to load diagnostic Tool
I am using arcserve 2000 to backup data daily, I have just bought 12/24GB Tapes from HP C5708a (125m)same as my old tapes, but Arcserve cannot format them - "Unrecogniseable format" Tried to download the diagnostic tool from HP but it gives an error during initialisation of setup...
