Boot Linux Server From a SAN
This is actually from IBM's blade frame. They use Q-Logic for their HBA and we are running RedHat 8.0. I'm not sure of the exact Q-Logic model. -
Boot Linux Server From a SAN
Is there a configuration that works were it is possible to load a Linux distribution onto a SAN lun? Is there a configuration at all that will allow a linux OS disk to reside on a SAN? And to allow that linux server to boot from the SAN disk?
