Suggestions needed on where to look 1st. My daughters Acer eMachines em250 Netbook had a large drink spill all over the keyboard. Netbook is now DOA, no power, no sign of life. attachment icons don't display
Found the answer on a similar post: Either update to Notes 6, or change color quality in "Display Properties" settings from highest-32bit to Medium-16bit. (Control Panel / Display / Settings / Color Quality) The 2nd choice fixed my problem. Thanks to: nonguru (Programmer) -
attachment icons don't display
Whenever I attach a file, the attachment file name will appear under the attachment as it should, however there's no picture of the attachment (icon). Unless a recipient identifies the filename on the attachment, they'd not know there's an attachment. This happens to all Ms-Office attachments...
