My guess is that your system board is dead. NMI means "Non Maskable Interupt" and usually occurs either if:
1. You just made changes to the hardware configuration and they are very wrong (ex: wrong CPU)
2. The system board is dead.
Don't know, but I usually use Kingston's website to find memory for old IBM servers. They have a very good configurator and I've always been lucky with the memory I've bought.

What do you mean by "Relay Agents"? It was my assumption that this is not a supported function in IBM Director. Have you found a way around it or do you have a suitable solution ?
