You can use the contents of the "inserted" pseudo table and then use the sp_OA* stored procedures to create the text file on the server. See the SQL Server BOL to get more details on these procedures. Its too huge to mention here...

You can search for " " (spaces) between the names and then split them based on that. The CHARINDEX function can be used for this.

If you can send the DDL statement, I can give a more correction solution, but are you concatenating the table variable with the CREATE TABLE statement?
SET @statement = 'CREATE TABLE ' + @tcTableName + ' ....'
