My home page was changed by a website and cannot be changed back

Search function on laptop has been "taken over"
Hello, surfing the web I went to a "Warez" site to download "Hannibal". Was not able to download...now when I hit search button on toolbar on laptop, instead of MSN search function comeing up the "Warez" site comes up in its place...if I do not close it out...- fritzers
