    PC auto shutdown when dailing up

    Hi all: My PC is shutting down on it's own as soon as I dailup. The shutdown process goes on while the modem continues dailing up!! Checked; no conflicting resources, connection secured. My system WIN98 with 56 Ext Modem. Anyone can help? Thanks. Veon
