AACC report calculations
Does anyone know where I can find the calculations that AACC uses for it's historical reporting? I know in CMS it is easy to find how a certain report pulls data for its totals but I can't find that in same thing for AACC.- gypsy2564

Aux work codes in abbrv dial
Hi, I have coded my aux reason codes into my abbreviated dial so that agents can press a button on the phone and go into the associated state rather than press the aux button then enter a code, problem is when they press the button on their side car the light doesn't stay on.
