Pulling Recordings in Channels
Good Morning! Back at it with NICE after a year... Used to pull calls with ease. Now certain agents are recording in Channels and I can't figure out why. The calls are coming in via Segments and not one stream. How to set up properly to NOT record in channels? Pulling calls to monitor out...- stacy1051

When setting up queries and attempting to monitor the calls I receive "No Output is Defined". The system was working as of last wed (7/8). The system has been rebooted on our server and I am still receiving this message. Currently using 8.9. We have had no issues in the past. Has anyone seen...- stacy1051
