I had one version with 'verify' checked and one version with it not checked. The 'unchecked' version should not have run twice. I am continuing to look into the issue. If Crystal is using a 'forward only' recordset the double read will happen whereas a dynamic recordset will not loop.

I know how to check to see if MS Word is active on a PC. Is there a way to know when it closes? Specifically, if I launch another application from VB that uses MS Word how can I capture the close or other events from MS Word so the VB program is aware of when to continue processing?
