How to enable the auto answer feature on onex communicator with IP Office?

Control of workplace(latest Version)/communicator are not possible from AAD with ACCS agent desktop.

Based on avaya compatibility matrix herewith https://secureservices.avaya.com/co...ct+Center+Select&solution=false&version=7.1.2, the following softphones are compatible with ACCS:
One-X® Communicator ( Avaya ) 6.2.10 : working without auto answer
Workplace Client 3.20,3.21 and 3.22: no download available on avaya

try avaya communicator instead of onex communicator. They are different products, onex communciator is for comunication manager only not compatible with ip office. But there is no option in the communciator for auto answer, only in the workplace client (general settings/auto answer)

communicator and workplace are not compatible with ACCS https://secureservices.avaya.com/co...ct+Center+Select&solution=false&version=7.1.2
When trying to log into CCMM using a communicator/workplace, the agent desktop displays the error " the telephone is not supported" as shown in the screenshot" and doesn't display this error when using a onex communicator

both are compatible, that is 100%.
the error message "the telephone is not supported" means, that you have extensions (not users) administered in the IPO with the same number as the user you want to log in. You can't use a deskphone and a soft client with simultaneous registration feature as ACCS agents.
read this article:
scenario 3 / b

ACCS 6.4/7.x: AAAD showing "Out of Service Alert: Telephone not Supported" pop-up

Scenario 3:
Agents using AAAD with Avaya Communicator for Windows (ACW), where:
a) Incorrect version fo ACW is installed
b) Extensions are programmed in IPO Configuration -> Extensions
b) For any agent that uses AAAD with ACW, remove extensions under IPO Configuration -> Extensions.
NOTE: Do not remove under Users

Thank you so much

Is there a way to log into AAAD credentials automatically?
Is there a setupconfig.xml or anything else to automatically provide the required parameters from CCMM for setup AAAD?
