HI, have a client with a SV8100 with Inmail. Clients are reporting they get no response when they select options form main menu on auto attendant. Any suggestions on how to adjust setting to compensate for this. The problem is very intermittent and so far I can not recreate it. I know the SV9100 has line conditioning programming in 98 68 1 but looking for any advice before going back on site.
