    So how do firms control this? I could have someone walk in tomorrow and delete the entire shared drive. Isn't there some way to lock it down without really inhibiting use of the system? I also dont want to by a whole new software suite :) Thanks again.

    Thanks WHoKilled Kenny, Actually the rename is almost ok, but my real issue is with the fact that it asks if I want to replace an exisiting file (even though one doesn't exist) and it leaves a .tmp file in the folder. Have you ever seen that before?
