We just switched from a Superconsole 7000 (PC based) console to a Superconsole
1000 console. (the PC was becoming unreliable) & since the "talk to" card
installed in the PC uses an ISA slot, it was time to retire this...
Another possibility would be class of service. Are the phones that are not working in the same class of service?
If not, you can either put them in the same class of service as the other phones. Or if not in the same class of service you could check to see if the paging option is enabled...

Thanks for your reply. I ended up trying all manner of options in an attempt to put the agent in question back into the system & tried the "locate agent" maintenance command. all to no avail. Ultimately I tried a reboot of the system & after that, I was able to assign the agent...
