INTERTEL AXCESS LOG ON
Trying to start an Inter-Tel session with Session Manager. When I click "start" a window pops up "Incorrect version of the 'MSJET35.DLL' was found. I am using a PC wih Vista---any ideas? Thanks- wwdavid

Sx200 icp group wakeup calls
Thanks kwb but this is not related to the "Guest Suites" option in either functionlity or application. This is strickly a PMS feature requested from the PMS console. Group wakeup here means exactly that: the adminstrater of the PMS can have a "group" of guests check that all want a wakeup time...- wwdavid

Sx200 icp group wakeup calls
Have a Hospitialty customer with Mitel SX200 ICP. I have interfaces via IPockets with Vm,PBX and CAS. Their PMS system is Galaxy "Lightspeed". They have inquired about a "group wakeup call" feature of this PMS. Any feedback?- wwdavid
