    Printer driver was not installed. Operation could not be completed.

    Do you have the printer installation cd? If so try installing from that if not download it from the manufacturer (if possible) and try that. I've seen many units that have a hang up with printer drivers but instal great from the cd, floppy or download. Good Luck wutt

    You know what you're dealing with! gates foundation is active on the win2k's but I'm not sure about the xp units. But why are the other two xp's and all three win2k units Ok with the changes? Thanks Wutt

    When I change the IP (and an imbedded IP in an application .ini file) It communicates fine with the network. When I reboot both IP addresses are changed back to what they were before. The old IP is out of the routers range so no network communication happens. Thanks! Keith

    I changed the IP addresses on 3 XP units to accomadate new router IP range. 2 of them are fine the third reverts to its old Ip on reboot, even after using the 'repair connection' feature. Any ideas? Thanks Wutt
