NS700 Stop second call ringing if already on a call
Hi Guys, I have an extension that is a member of an ICD group. When they are already on a call, if another call comes in to the group, their phone still rings. Can I stop the phone ringing if they are already on a call? This applies to group calls, not a direct call. Thanks- Windy Miller
