Hi - in my Temp files I have a bunch of files of the general format ~DF123C and they won't delete because they are being used by another person or program. I know that they are malware but my security software isn't finding the process. How can I find the running process and kill them suckers...

Can i restore only my OS to a point in the past? (without deleting new files?)
