    Unable to access script manager in webclient, everything in webclient works but script manager I am having the same problem I can tell you I am running windows xp pro with IE8 on my pc it appears to be a windows update issue but I dont know which one. This is what I see in the application error...

    Installed OTM 2.2 client on PC. When user logs into PC as an un-restricted user (computer admin) OTM works fine, but when they log into PC as a limited user, they get "failed to load resource" error. If I make the user a computer admin it works fine but when I change them back to limited it...
