The system is not registered/Activated. Typical of systems used in Americas region. I once activated a KX-TDA50G. It was giving a similar message. The client was based in Caribean but had bought it on Ebay.

What was the reason for updating?, poor performance issues?. Look at what changed compared to the previous version , it could give a clue.
