Hi Xmedia is an application from Nice, which allows bulk extraction of calls from tape\dvd to be saved to NAS/SAN. Hi If there is CLS is 8.9 and latst service packs and if there is cal data within the nice calls tables (if there has been any type of switch integration) Xmedia is always an option to save the calls from external medis to SAN/NAS- Typical09
