Yes, a member of Hunt Group can have a call list in place. There is no restriction.

If you are using TLP11, VARC D4 must have the values:
1 for CLI DTMF
3 for FSK ETSI Standard
5 for FSK BELLCORE Standard
Both FSK and DTMF are not accpted on the same route.
